English courses for adults

Speaking a foreign language should be fun! In my English courses it is important to me that you feel comfortable and not over-challenged, yet motivated to improve your understanding and use of the English language. I adapt my course to your level and work with you from there. From beginners to advanced learners, all levels are taught in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Examples:

If you already have a sound knowledge of the English language and want to practice speaking, consider English conversation. A group consists of four participants at the most, allowing a meaningful discussion in which everyone has the chance to take part. The topics of conversation are current, practical and may be serious or entertaining, and your own suggestions are welcome. You have the opportunity to practice and I support you with the necessary corrections, grammar and vocabulary.

Perhaps you'd like everyday English for seniors - whether beginners or "refreshers." I love working with this age group. Here, I also limit the number of participants to four so that everyone has the chance to speak and learn the foreign language.

Walk and Talk is designed for those who want to practice “in action.” If you would like one-on-one conversation and prefer to talk while moving rather than while sitting, we will converse in English as we take a walk through Steppach. You suggest the topics, and yes, I give homework even for English outdoors. For this “course” I recommend good shoes and weatherproof outerwear. 60 Minutes, € 28 

Do you need help with a specific topic, perhaps for your profession? Are you preparing to travel to a country in which you will need English? With an intensive one-on-one course I can research your target and assist you in the language where you need it most - for a few weeks, months or more.

Get with your friends and create your own group? No problem!

In special cases I offer "home delivery" –   English inside your own four walls.

All classes take place in Steppach / Neusaess, (3rd floor, no elevator).

You can visit the first time to test the waters, free of charge.

Prices per person:

One-on-one, 60 min. = € 39 

Groups of 2, 60 min. = € 19.50

Groups of 3 - 4, 90 min. = € 19.50

Walk and Talk, 60 min. = € 28

There is no contract and you can join at any time. You pay only for the hours you actually attend. Please cancel as early as possible. Regular attendance in groups is preferred.
